Crazy Arkansas Weather

This picture says it all. Yesterday it rained all day. Early this morning it snowed. And tomorrow it will be 60 and sunny.

I'm documenting this... March 17 St. Patrick's Day. It snowed. Northern Arkansas got 1-4 inches! We only got 1/10 of an inch. According to the weather, it hasn't snowed this late in March since 1971!! I'm freaking ready for spring!!!!!

Football Merchandise

It's football season and Walmart has all their Razorback merchandise out. I was browsing the aisle the other day and saw these. I immediately thought whiskey! A great way to sneak liquor into the stadium. Of course the back says intended for water only. Yeah right! No one looks at this and says water.

And a Roof

They finished the roof up today! Back of the house. Front of the house. They use these to hold the plywood together.

Our Kitchen

My favorite room in the whole house!! We still need to put the cabinet pulls on the cabinets. I have them picked out, I think dad has ordered them. We also still have to trim out the appliance garage, microwave, and fridge. The trim pieces are in the garage. I absolutely love being able to cook while watching TV and the open space for entertaining. There is so much storage! I can finally buy in bulk or buy two of something when it is on sale. I literally had one cabinet for food storage in the rent house. Everything was neatly crammed in there. Now I can actually get something without taking everything out.
