A Garage, Some Wires, and a Bunny

I guess I decided it was time to tackle this garage and all of Kev's materials. I still had his tool box to clean out and all his tools. Before During After Still lots of gutter material and junk, but at least it's organized and easy to find. This is what the cords under the TV looked like! Talk about make you crazy. I pout Cody to work get them organized and bond together. I guess I didn't upload the after picture. Indy found a foot to some bird. Too large for chicken, maybe a turkey. I remember rescuing this baby rabbit. I think I found it in the garage. I saved it from the dogs.

Our Weekend - Part Two

I woke up around 2:00am and Kev wasn't in bed. I heard water running, so I figured he was up getting a drink. Well... It kept running. I got up and Lily had jumped out of the dog shower and turned on the shower. Water was everywhere. I used every towel in the laundry room to mop it up. I didn't have my glasses on so of course I couldn't really see. I threw all the wet towels in the washer. What a mess. I kind of worried about this happening and bought a cap, but since it didn't seem to be a problem we never used it.   Everyone sleeping in. Our bed looks like this every Sunday morning. Perla brought another mouse to the door last night. Sunday afternoon we went tout to Kev's dads to help him cut up a tree that fell.    The dogs went too. They are always so excited to ride. They ran around and got extra muddy and wet.

Poor Baby Squirrel

I'm not sure how it happens, but the cat always finds a way to get freaking animals in the house! A snake, a lizard, a baby mouse, a frog, various insects. I know she has something because I find her in a corner playing or the animal is dead on the floor. UGH!! This time it was a baby flying squirrel. She was playing in the corner and all of a sudden I see something scurry across the floor. Of course I jump and scream for Kev. The dogs go over to check it out. I'm yelling for all the animals to come here. Kev doesn't know what he is looking for. The cat insists on trying to climb our fake tree. Kev looks in the top and grabs out a baby squirrel. Somehow it manages to get escape his grip and runs for the bedroom. Kev stops it right before he goes under the bed. We put it outside and notice that one of his legs is hurt. We decide to keep him overnight to make sure he is strong enough for outside life. I get the cat carrier out of the attic, place it in the guest bathroom...
