Weekend Mornings and Pinterest

Saturday morning Kev surprised me with a sleeve of Trefoils. My absolute favorite Girl Scout cookie! I ate half of them with my coffee and put the other half away for another time.
Kev usually works Saturday morning doing side jobs, so I run errands and clean house. that leaves us with Sunday to relax or do things around the house. This Sunday it rained ALL day, so we relaxed. I organized my Pinterest Boards. If something ever happens to Pinterest I will be lost! I use it to store everything!!!!! Recipes. Decorative ideas and tips. Projects and crafts. You name it, I probably have a board for it. So I deleted some boards dealing with construction ideas that I no longer need, deleted some duplicate pins, and moved/renamed some. I'm not one of those people that can have one food board titled yummy foods or deserts. I need one for every freaking type. They organize cookbooks that way for a reason. You don't have to look through 400 recipes to find a fish recipe, just look in seafood. Come by and check it out. http://www.pinterest.com/shaydawn/

Football Merchandise

A great way to sneak liquor into the stadium. Of course the back says intended for water only. Yeah right! No one looks at this and says water.

And a Roof

They finished the roof up today! Back of the house. Front of the house. They use these to hold the plywood together.

Ballyseede Castle

It was a little pricey, but since we had such great deals on all of the other B&Bs, I splurged. It's one of the best known Castle Hotels in Ireland, has a history dating back to the 1590’s and sits on 30 acres of native woodlands. The castle has 23 en-suite bedrooms and 3 beautiful private rooms complimented by enchanting formal gardens. To read about the history of the castle click here. We stayed in the Coghill room.   We had a nice view of the gardens. Here are other pictures from inside the castle. We had to have our picture made with the knights.   We Googled and found a restaurant in town that was supposed to be delicious. It was nestled on the shore overlooking the bay. We arrived about 5:30 and watched the sunset. The food was fabulous, however the service was not. ...
