Baby Becklyn

One if my best friends from way back in jr. high had her baby. She tried and tried for several years and yesterday we welcomed Becklyn Grace into this world. She is absolutely perfect! I've never really been sure if I wanted kids or not. Recently I've been leaning more towards a yes. Now I know it is definitely something I want. Until the time comes, I have the most beautiful little "niece" to hold and love and spoil rotten.

It's football season and Walmart has all their Razorback merchandise out. I was browsing the aisle the other day and saw these. I immediately thought whiskey! A great way to sneak liquor into the stadium. Of course the back says intended for water only. Yeah right! No one looks at this and says water.

Our Kitchen

My favorite room in the whole house!! We still need to put the cabinet pulls on the cabinets. I have them picked out, I think dad has ordered them. We also still have to trim out the appliance garage, microwave, and fridge. The trim pieces are in the garage. I absolutely love being able to cook while watching TV and the open space for entertaining.  There is so much storage! I can finally buy in bulk or buy two of something when it is on sale. I literally had one cabinet for food storage in the rent house. Everything was neatly crammed in there. Now I can actually get something without taking everything out.
