Dogs in Beds?

Do you let your dog/cat lay on your bed? I know some people that do not allow animals on any furniture what so ever. Well. We do. I have leather furniture for a reason. Dog hair does not stick to it! As far as the bed. I keep an old sheet over the duvet cover. This makes it easy to wash every couple of days and keeps the duvet from getting ruined. The dogs don't sleep with us. Hatfield usually sleeps on the couch and Lilly in her kennel. Perla does sleep with us though. She usually sleeps in between our feet. Kev will sometimes let Lilly come lay with me for about 30 minutes in the morning. However, on the weekends we allow everybody to get in the bed and cuddle.

Hatfield usually hangs out at the bottom of the bed, but Lilly loves to be right in your face.

Football Merchandise

It's football season and Walmart has all their Razorback merchandise out. I was browsing the aisle the other day and saw these. I immediately thought whiskey! A great way to sneak liquor into the stadium. Of course the back says intended for water only. Yeah right! No one looks at this and says water.

And a Roof

They finished the roof up today! Back of the house. Front of the house. They use these to hold the plywood together.

Ballyseede Castle

It was a little pricey, but since we had such great deals on all of the other B&Bs, I splurged. It's one of the best known Castle Hotels in Ireland, has a history dating back to the 1590’s and sits on 30 acres of native woodlands. The castle has 23 en-suite bedrooms and 3 beautiful private rooms complimented by enchanting formal gardens. To read about the history of the castle click here. We stayed in the Coghill room.   We had a nice view of the gardens. Here are other pictures from inside the castle. We had to have our picture made with the knights.   We Googled and found a restaurant in town that was supposed to be delicious. It was nestled on the shore overlooking the bay. We arrived about 5:30 and watched the sunset. The food was fabulous, however the service was not. ...
