A Lawn Mower Accident

The cable at my house was not under the ground very well to start. Whoever's job that was many years ago sucked. Then last summer the landlords had someone dig around the septic tank. Well they dug up the cable and didn't bury it back.  Anyways, long story short. I ran over it with the lawn mower Sunday. So I was without my Sunday night shows. Good thing I can watch them online.
A friend of ours fixed it. He said it wouldn't last very long. Well. I don't need it to last very long. I'm moving! It works perfect. I got quick service and it was free. Gotta love handy people.

Football Merchandise

It's football season and Walmart has all their Razorback merchandise out. I was browsing the aisle the other day and saw these. I immediately thought whiskey! A great way to sneak liquor into the stadium. Of course the back says intended for water only. Yeah right! No one looks at this and says water.

And a Roof

They finished the roof up today! Back of the house. Front of the house. They use these to hold the plywood together.

Ballyseede Castle

It was a little pricey, but since we had such great deals on all of the other B&Bs, I splurged. It's one of the best known Castle Hotels in Ireland, has a history dating back to the 1590’s and sits on 30 acres of native woodlands. The castle has 23 en-suite bedrooms and 3 beautiful private rooms complimented by enchanting formal gardens. To read about the history of the castle click here. We stayed in the Coghill room.   We had a nice view of the gardens. Here are other pictures from inside the castle. We had to have our picture made with the knights.   We Googled and found a restaurant in town that was supposed to be delicious. It was nestled on the shore overlooking the bay. We arrived about 5:30 and watched the sunset. The food was fabulous, however the service was not. ...
