Drywall

Our drywall started Monday. I drove by there early Monday morning and the guys were delivering the materials.

This is the stair hole to the attic and the garages entry door that leads into the mudroom.
The mudroom, laundry room, whatever you want to call it. The purple hole is where the dog shower will be.
View walking into the front door.
View standing at the back doors.
The living room. If you walk through that door you go to the guest rooms and bath.
Master bedroom view standing at the sliding outside door. The door on the left goes into master bath and the other one leads into the hallway where the mudroom door is.
The sink side of the master bath. The tub and shower are on the opposite wall.
Dad made me a storage compartment in the top of our closet. He lowered the ceiling above the dog shower and hot water heater closet. It will be perfect for luggage and shoes.
Kev took a panorama of the living area. It turned out ok. He went too fast in a couple of places.

Football Merchandise

It's football season and Walmart has all their Razorback merchandise out. I was browsing the aisle the other day and saw these. I immediately thought whiskey! A great way to sneak liquor into the stadium. Of course the back says intended for water only. Yeah right! No one looks at this and says water.

And a Roof

They finished the roof up today! Back of the house. Front of the house. They use these to hold the plywood together.

Ballyseede Castle

Tralle was a good stopping point from Dingle to Doolin. When looking for places to stay I came across the Ballyseede Castle Hotel. It was a little pricey, but since we had such great deals on all of the other B&Bs, I splurged. It's one of the best known Castle Hotels in Ireland, has a history dating back to the 1590’s and sits on 30 acres of native woodlands. The castle has 23 en-suite bedrooms and 3 beautiful private rooms complimented by enchanting formal gardens. To read about the history of the castle click here. We stayed in the Coghill room.   We had a nice view of the gardens. Here are other pictures from inside the castle. We had to have our picture made with the knights.   We Googled and found a restaurant in town that was supposed to be delicious. It was nestled on the shore overlooking the bay. We arrived about 5:30 and watched the sunset. The food was fabulous, however the service was not. ...
