Office Closet Organization

When we built our office closet, I wanted it to be a fucnctional clothes closet. There's a good chance that the office/craft room will be moved upstairs once the attic is finished out. However, I wanted it to have lots of shelves and storage for now. When I moved all of my school stuff home this summer, I had several shelves.  I didn't need them in my new classroom, so I decided they could be used in the closet. This is one of the before pictures. I took everything out of the closet and started with a clean slate.
This is the after picture. Now, I started this job back in August. I put the tall shelf on the left in there and the white metal cubes on the bottom right. The top right small shelf just go put in this week. Why you may ask. Well... We had to get a couple of shelf brackets to help hold it up. The closet rod is holding up the front and the brackets the back. Yes, I probably could have done it myself, but wanted Kev to do it, so I had to wait.

This is the finished product!

Football Merchandise

It's football season and Walmart has all their Razorback merchandise out. I was browsing the aisle the other day and saw these. I immediately thought whiskey! A great way to sneak liquor into the stadium. Of course the back says intended for water only. Yeah right! No one looks at this and says water.

Ballyseede Castle

Tralle was a good stopping point from Dingle to Doolin. When looking for places to stay I came across the Ballyseede Castle Hotel. It was a little pricey, but since we had such great deals on all of the other B&Bs, I splurged. It's one of the best known Castle Hotels in Ireland, has a history dating back to the 1590’s and sits on 30 acres of native woodlands. The castle has 23 en-suite bedrooms and 3 beautiful private rooms complimented by enchanting formal gardens. To read about the history of the castle click here. We stayed in the Coghill room.   We had a nice view of the gardens. Here are other pictures from inside the castle. We had to have our picture made with the knights.   We Googled and found a restaurant in town that was supposed to be delicious. It was nestled on the shore overlooking the bay. We arrived about 5:30 and watched the sunset. The food was fabulous, however the service was not. ...

A Sunday Swim

Sunday afternoon we decided to take a drive. When it was time for the dogs to get in their pen, Hatfield refused. He just stood at the car door. He wanted to go to. So we loaded them up and headed out. Our drive took us to a small lake about 20 minutes always. I didn't even know it existed. Anyways, we let the dogs swim. They loved it! Watch Lilly leap like a dolphin. Hilarious! Or at least it is to us.
