Baby Showers and Bonfires

The baby shower I had yesterday was a success and Miss Maebry received lots of goodies.

 It was chilly last night so we decide to build a fire. There was a huge pile of boxes that need burning. We drove down the driveway a little ways and piled Kev's truck full of pine logs and branches.
The fire burned for hours! There were still hot coals this morning. I'm just glad we were able to clean up some trees along the driveway. I told Kev we needed to do this every weekend.
I drove to Pine Bluff this afternoon to attend my cousin's baby shower. She is due in four weeks! Once again no pictures. Today I was just tired from staying up til 1:30 last night and 12:30 Friday night! I just can't do that these days.

   Tralle was a good stopping point from Dingle to Doolin. When looking for places to stay I came across the Ballyseede Castle Hotel. It was a little pricey, but since we had such great deals on all of the other B&Bs, I splurged. It's one of the best known Castle Hotels in Ireland, has a history dating back to the 1590’s and sits on 30 acres of native woodlands. We stayed in the Coghill room.   We had a nice view of the gardens. Here are other pictures from inside the castle. We had to have our picture made with the knights.   We Googled and found a restaurant in town that was supposed to be delicious. It was nestled on the shore overlooking the bay. Football Merchandise

It's football season and Walmart has all their Razorback merchandise out. I was browsing the aisle the other day and saw these. I immediately thought whiskey! A great way to sneak liquor into the stadium. Of course the back says intended for water only. Yeah right! No one looks at this and says water.

They finished the roof up today! Back of the house. Front of the house. They use these to hold the plywood together.
