Growing Garden

Looks like I spent this day building those tomato cages. Indy helping by chewing on all of the bamboo stalks. Sh his so rotten, but the sweetest puppy in the world.


Here it is! The finished product. Just FYI... I never did this again. It took way too long and they were pretty much all rotted by the end of the summer. Too much work to do every year, bu they are pretty.



Cucumber flowers
Peppers
Tomatos
Baby Cucumbers
Green beans (They were a purple variety)

It's football season and Walmart has all their Razorback merchandise out. I was browsing the aisle the other day and saw these. I immediately thought whiskey! A great way to sneak liquor into the stadium. Of course the back says intended for water only. Yeah right! No one looks at this and says water.

Our Kitchen

My favorite room in the whole house!! We still need to put the cabinet pulls on the cabinets. I have them picked out, I think dad has ordered them. We also still have to trim out the appliance garage, microwave, and fridge. The trim pieces are in the garage. I absolutely love being able to cook while watching TV and the open space for entertaining.  There is so much storage! I can finally buy in bulk or buy two of something when it is on sale. I literally had one cabinet for food storage in the rent house. Everything was neatly crammed in there. Now I can actually get something without taking everything out.
